Can my company fire me

My financial manager stole from our company and it's a lot of money. In February I did a batch and saw a worker who no longer works here was active and I went into his profile and on a payslip saw he was paid but the money went into my manager's account. At that time I didn't know if she was stealing or what. And in August I showed it to one of our workers who also works in the office, she then brought it to our big boss's attention and they investigated and saw she paid everything into her own account. Where does that leave me, can I lose my job too because I worked under her?
