What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Cookies let a site recognise you when you return, remember settings such as language, and measure how the site is used. Similar technologies - local storage, session storage and pixels - serve the same purposes and are covered by this policy.
Which cookies we set
Essential
These are required for Justibly to work. They keep you signed in, protect sign-in flows from cross-site forgery, and persist the contents of forms while you complete them. You cannot opt out of essential cookies; doing so would break sign-in and checkout.
next-auth.session-token- your signed-in session.next-auth.csrf-token- protects sign-in forms.- Locale and theme preferences, set on first visit.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, search behaviour and which pages people actually reach. It loads on every visit, and the notice you see on your first visit tells you so rather than asking permission. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not sell analytics data or share it with advertisers.
If you would rather not be measured at all, block cookies and third-party scripts for this site in your browser, or use a tracking blocker. The site works with analytics blocked - nothing on Justibly depends on it.
Preferences
Dismissing the cookie notice stores that you have seen it, so it does not reappear on every page. That is the only thing the notice records.
Third-party services
If you sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies on the sign-in flow - those are governed by Google's policy. If an attorney embeds a Cal.com booking widget on their premium profile, Cal.com sets cookies on that embed. Those third parties act independently and publish their own cookie notices.
How to control cookies
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or extension. Justibly checks for it and does not load analytics at all when it is present.
- Browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies entirely. Instructions vary - see your browser's help page (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- Mobile browsers offer the same controls. On iOS, “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” further limits what third-party cookies can do.
Blocking all cookies will stop you from signing in to Justibly - essential cookies are needed for account features.
Do Not Track
We respect GPC (Global Privacy Control) signals. If your browser sends GPC, the analytics script is never loaded, whether or not you dismiss the cookie notice. We do not respond to the older DNT header because industry support has been withdrawn.

We'll update this page if our cookie usage changes, and refresh the “Last updated” date.
