Apply for an interim protection order at any Magistrate's Court โ€” it's free and you don't need an attorney. Ask the court clerk for a Form 2. The court can grant an interim order the same day, served on your partner. A return date is set for both parties to appear. If you're in immediate danger: call SAPS on 10111 or go to any police station.
