CLIVE JOHN VALENTINE is the sole owner of this firm which practises in CAPE TOWN, in the Western Cape of South Africa, with offices currently in Newlands, in the southern suburbs close to central Cape Town. Clive is admitted and practises as both a conveyancer and a notary public . We specialise and render services in the following fields: Conveyancing - Freehold & Sectional Title Property Law including drafting and vetting of Agreements of Sale Administration of Deceased Estates either as Executor or agent of the Executor Drafting of Wills & estate planning Trusts Commercial contracts Marriage and all manner of other notarial contracts Notarial certifications, attestations, authentication, apostilles & related services We are a small firm but provide a professional and uniquely hands on personal service . All matters are dealt with by and interaction is with Clive in person. There are no paralegals or secretaries involved. He places an emphasis upon integrity, efficiency, attention to detail and keeping clients and other stakeholders such as estate agents constantly informed of progress in their matters. Clive is an experienced practitioner having been in practice for over 38 years. He has dealt with all manner of conveyancing transactions over the years including transfers arising from sale, inheritance, divorce and donation. He has opened sectional schemes and is involved with and advises sectional title Bodies Corporate and Home Owners Associations. Valentine Attorneys is a member of NEWLANDS VILLAGE CHAMBERS, an association of independent, experienced legal propfessionals who operate out of premises at 28 Kildare Road, Newlands.
