We are specialised in Environmental and Health and Safety law and practice exclusively in these fields. Over the years we were actively involved in legislative drafting and review projects, as well as legal policy formulation, for local and provincial authorities (in South Africa and other countries). We also compile and maintain Legal Registers for clients, especially for ISO 14001 and ISO 450001 purposes, as well as food safety management systems. We were former contracted legal auditors for the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 legal audits.
