Marais Attorneys is a family operated law firm, based on family values and ethics. Since our founding in 2004, we experienced exceptional growth and expansion which lead to our broad client base. We are known to serve our clients’ interest by offering a comprehensive, yet cost effective solution to debt collection, property related matters and other fields of expertise. At Marais Attorneys we strive to add value to our client’s business, forming a mutual beneficial relationship. The Directors of Marais Attorneys are Eldon and Benno Marais, who completed their studies at the University of Potchefstroom. In 2005, together with their farther, Pieter Marais, who is a well known attorney in the Vaal Triangle for more than 40 years, established Marais Attorneys in a partnership. From the outset the focus was on property related matters and Debt collecting. In 2008 we incorporated the partnership into a company and Pieter Marais decided to focus more on commercial property and resigned as a Director to be a consultant to the firm. We offer legal services in both Vereeniging and Vanderbijlpark.
