Falck Attorneys Inc is your boutique firm for all commercial and personal legal services practising in the Western Cape, and more particularly in the Boland area from the towns of Robertson, Montagu and Stellenbosch, along the West Coast in Velddrif and in the Cape in Cape Town. We count amongst our clients some of South Africa's foremost financial institutions and industrial corporations. Our services are rendered on a personal level by the attorneys - we firmly believe the client requires the best possible personal attention and advice at all times. We continuously invest in new technology to meet the high standards required by our clients and to optimise our service. One of our most outstanding features that distinguish us from other firms is the fact that we have associates in specialised fields that supports us with their knowledge and skills. Falck Muller Baard was founded on 1 March 2000 following the dissolution of Muller Baard, a firm founded in 1950. Since 2005 we trade under the name and style of Falck Attorneys Inc. Our philosophy is to utilise the strengths of our long established firm in such a manner that traditional values are not lost but are applied innovatively in the current market place. Our corporate philosophy is based on four values i.e: diligence, honesty, teamwork, thankfulness. These four values form the foundation of our service and excellence. Our firm consists of nine attorneys, two candidate attorneys, three independent advisors and three non-professional staff members. Clients Our clients include the major banks in South Africa, estate agents, bond originators, municipalities, property syndicates, developers, retailers, micro lenders, liquor license holders, farmers and accounting firms. Technology We have a modern computer system. We have specialised software packages enabling us to render the best possible service to all our clients. Office Hours Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
