Galane Letsoalo Attorneys was founded by Mr Letsoalo Galane in the year 2018, an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with the Right of Appearance thereto in terms of Section 4(3) of the Right of Appearance in Courts Act 62 of 1995. Mr Letsoalo Galane established the practice after gaining vast experience in the legal fratenity over the years when he executed his duties as a Director at Gibbs Mkhwanazi Galane Inc, not only has he received an indepth and comprehensive court exposure but he has with passion learnt to defend and protect the rights of the country’s most vulnerable groups without compromise which in turn also ensures that justice is not only done but is seen to be done. The Firm’s areas of practice include Criminal law, Civil law, Labour law, Wills and Estates, 3rd Party matters(RAF,Medical malpractice etc), Debt Collection, Commercial law, Drafting of Legal Opinions and Contracts as well as Mediation in all its forms. Due to the high cost of litigation and the congested court roles, we saw the need to attend a Court-Annexed Mediation training through the Law Society and have since made our primary focus on prompt, reasonable settlement of matters, through mediation, with the main objective to limit costs, time and stress relating to litigation affecting the parties involved. We also recognize that litigation is a vital part of our legal system and that great attention must be given to litigious matters which is not susceptible for ADR. Our vision is to provide excellent and quality legal services to all classes of the public and also expand globally, and our mission is to make our Constitution a reality in the lives of our people and their values being that of upholding the law without compromise.
