About Sarah

Sarah is a Senior Associate in the Shipping and Logistics Department (including Customs) in the Cape Town branch. She has a particular interest in administrative law and has been mainly engaged in our customs department where she has attended on matters involving, inter alia, disputes with SARS, including reviews, assisting clients with matters involving compliance with SARS’ regulatory regime, and assisting where clients require advice pertaining to matters involving the Customs and Excise Act 91 of 1964. Sarah has also worked closely with partners on arbitrations and insurance claims involving large corporate clients. She has assisted partners with various aspects of admiralty law, notably security and in rem arrests, as well as stowaway disputes.
