About Robert

Robert William McCreath obtained his BA LLB LLM degrees from Stellenbosch University and specializes in Labour- and Commercial Law. Robert was admitted as an attorney in 1994 and worked at the State Attorneys Office for 4 years. In this time Robert was granted study leave and lectured in criminal law, evidence and criminal procedure at the University of Stellenbosch. Robert has been in private practise for approximately 7 (seven) years. Robert has successfully completed various courses presented by the Law Society. Robert is also an accredited arbitrator and acts from time to time as an arbitrator in Labour Law matters. Robert together with Frank present "Regspunt" on Radio Tygerberg.
