Jessica-Jayde specialises in Intellectual Property, Family, Commercial Law and Litigation She is strong education professional who studied towards a Bachelor of Arts in Law and English (B.A Law and Eng) from Stellenbosch University and who holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from University of the Witwatersrand. Jessica-Jayde is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court and throughout her legal career has gained experience in, amongst others, Intellectual Property Law, Commercial and Criminal Litigation, Commercial Drafting as well as Family and Matrimonial Law. She is also enrolled with the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law and is a fully qualified Trade Mark Practitioner. Jessica-Jayde is the Managing Director of Dolata & Co. a law firm focusing on Intellectual Property, Family and Commercial Law, and where she helps both businesses and families and protect their interests.
