About Franklyn

Frank obtained his BA LLB LLM degrees at the University of Stellenbosch and specializes in Environmental- and Constitutional Law. Frank was admitted as an attorney in 1990 and worked at the State Attorneys Office for 10 (ten) years. Prior to the State Attorney’s Office he was employed at the Department of Justice as a Public Prosecutor for approximately two and a half years. Frank has been in private practise for approximately 5 (five) years. During his practise he has been involved in human rights litigation, environmental matters, the drafting of legislation and has on occasion advised branches of government on constitutional- and environmental matters. Frank is actively involved in a number of environmental NGO’s and has a passion for conserving the natural environment. Frank is also serving as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court in Tygerberg and is an accredited arbitrator acting as arbitrator in matters regarding the Road Accident Fund. Frank together with Robert present "Regspunt" on Radio Tygerberg.
