Wynand Prins originates from Cape Town. He pursued his legal education at the University of Stellenbosch, earning BA (Law) and LLB degrees, later complemented by a Certificate in Deceased Estate Practice from Unisa in Pretoria. Following compulsory military service, he commenced law practice on September 1, 1991, after completing articles at Walkers Inc in Cape Town. Initially, focusing on general litigation for six years, Wynand transitioned to specialize in Estate and Trust Law from September 1, 1997. His expertise spans estate planning, Will drafting, administering deceased estates and trusts, and serving as a curator bonis. Joining Brand & Robberts in October 2019, Wynand is a dedicated family man who cherishes time with his wife and children. He’s an enthusiast of sports and promotes a healthy lifestyle. Guided by unwavering ethical principles rooted in his faith, Wynand is committed to delivering meticulous and exceptional service in his work, emphasizing attention to detail.
