Ashwin is an accomplished Attorney with close to 25 years of experience in the Legal fraternity. He has a strong background in Law generally having been involved in all facets thereof having gained experience as a Forensic Auditor working in the private and public sectors while having spent ten years as a Magistrate in the broader Western Cape. Ashwin has gained national and international recognition via media coverage on various matters. He is in the process of completing his Masters degree in Law due to having lectured Law Students during his journey and formalizing the imparting of his knowledge skill and experience to the next generation. He represents clients from all backgrounds in various forums in South Africa which still persists. With a general focus on the Law in its totality, Ashwin High has traversed the depths of the lower and higher courts in pro bono matters for those in need to high profile matters where the stakes were high in both private and public sectors. Ashwin acts as in house counsel for various private companies regulates all facets of these businesses from a Legal perspective providing a turn-key Legal solution allowing these clients to focus of their core functions. Outside of his time consuming career, he finds solace and inspiration in music (playing and listening), aviation, race car driving, and Padel amongst others.
