About Anikha

Anikha obtained a Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree, majoring in Political Science, Public Administration and Historical Studies, from the University of Cape Town in 2008. She completed her LLB degree in 2012, with refugee law, environmental law and competition law as electives, at the same institution. In April 2012, Anikha was appointed as a candidate attorney in the Corporate Law and Litigation Department of MacRobert Incorporated, Cape Town. She has since been appointed as a Director in the Corporate, Commercial and Litigation Department. Anikha's practice covers most areas of corporate, commercial, insolvency and tax law with a focus on tax dispute resolution, forming and structuring of business entities including drafting of MOI's, service level agreement, employment agreements and commercial lease agreements.
