Andrè Kirsten qualified with a B.Proc degree in 1996 at the University of the Free State. He joined the National Prosecuting Authority and prosecuted in both the district and regional courts for 8 years. Subsequent to that André joined Legal Aid South Afirca where he assisted with the criminal defence of high profile cases as well as the training of candidate attorneys. Leaving Legal Aid SA, André founded André Kirsten Attorneys in 2016. Over the past 25 years André has been involved exclusively in criminal law.
