About Stephanus

Hannes obtained his BCom Law in 2017 and LLB Degree in 2018, both from the University of Pretoria. He was in the Boekenhout Residence for five years where he was also member of the House Committee. He commenced his practical vocational training at VZLR Inc during January 2019 in the General Litigation Department, completed law school in 2019 and was admitted as an Attorney during May 2020. He now consults in the General Litigation Department. Hannes focuses on inter alia General Civil Litigation in the High and Magistrates’ Courts, Insurance law, Labour law, Criminal Law, the National Credit Act, the Consumer Protection Act, Defamation, Family law, Rental Housing matters, Nuisance, Construction law and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Commercial law, Promotion of Administrative Justice and Access to Information, Personal Injury and Professional Negligence matters. Hannes also has an interest in appearances and court work and enjoys every moment of being in court. He further has a special interest in financial forensic and tax related investigations.
