Dave was admitted as Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer by the High Court of South Africa in 1982, and joined Swanepoel & Partners in 1987. He became a Director in 1989. Dave serves on the Councils of the Law Society of South Africa (since 2001), the Law Society of the Northern Provinces (since 2002) and of the Mpumalanga Attorneys Council (since 1995). He is also a member of the Executive of the Mbombela Attorneys Association, and serves in various committees of the Law Society. He has right of appearance in the High Court. Dave has a keen interest in Property Law and Conveyancing, and has represented the profession in various capacities at the annual Chief Registrar's Conferences and other forums.
