Werner is an admitted senior attorney in the High Court of South Africa, specializing for a period of just more than two decades in High and Supreme Court litigation with special reference to international contracts and high-profile cases. He has a background in commercial law. He’s an established public speaker, mediator, negotiator, and businessman. Werner’s clients range from a State President and his Chief of Staff, international celebrities, banking institutions, municipalities, political parties, insurance companies to various boards of directors. He is currently the chairperson of both the Oudtshoorn Local Authority’s Risk Management and Audit Committees. Werner’s strong and weak point is “never give up”. His passion remains negotiating and making international multi-million-dollar deals.
