Veronica has more than 20 years’ litigation experience in the courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums and has right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. She provides specialist advice in respect of a broad range of commercial disputes as well as in respect of administrative law disputes. Veronica acts on behalf of various financial institutions, corporate entities, insurance companies, educational institutions and regulators in respect of commercial disputes as well as owners, engineers, and project managers in construction disputes. She advises state entities and private entities in respect of administrative law disputes including tender disputes, applications in terms of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, advice in respect of The Public Finance Management Act, the Promotion of Access to Information Act and the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act.
