With a deep-rooted passion for justice and a wealth of experience, Tammy Roxanne Kaplan is a dedicated legal professional at Shapiro & Haasbroek Inc. She matriculated from Pretoria High School for Girls in 2006 before earning her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2011. Tammy began her legal career as a Candidate Attorney under the mentorship of Selwyn Shapiro at Shapiro & Shapiro Inc. When Selwyn and Leon Haasbroek established Shapiro & Haasbroek Inc., she continued her articles with the firm, gaining hands-on experience in Family Law, High Court Litigation, and Magistrates’ Court Litigation. After being admitted as an Attorney in June 2014, she was appointed as a Professional Assistant, working closely with Selwyn until his passing. With extensive experience handling divorce, maintenance disputes, domestic violence cases, and general litigation, Tammy is committed to providing strategic legal solutions while ensuring her clients receive compassionate, results-driven representation. She takes pride in her versatility, problem-solving skills, and unwavering dedication to her clients’ needs.
