Robert Charles Dominic Avery, obtained a LLB degree from the University of South Africa in 2009. Mr Avery has been practicing for more than 14 years. Mr. Avery is an admitted Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer of the High Court, with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. Mr. Avery further obtained a Certificate in Corporate Law in 2013 from the University of South Africa, adding to his extensive experience of commercial transactions Mr. Avery gained extensive experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation involving Banking Law, Insurance Law, Family Law and Motor Vehicle Accidents Law, Property and Commercial Law as well as in all fields of Debt Collecting. Mr. Avery further also has experience in Criminal Law, Labour Law, Medical Malpractices claims as well as unlawful arrests and extends to the drafting of contracts, rendering opinions and providing the necessary services relating thereto.
