Nelson is a Director in Employment Law and Litigation Department. He has extensive knowledge in conducting internal disciplinary enquires (both as an initiator and Chairperson). Nelson practiced primarily in the CCMA, Statutory Tribunals and the Labour Court. Nelson also renders services at the Labour Law Clinic at the Pro-Bono Organization.
