He joined De Beer Attorneys as a candidate attorney in 2003. In 2004 he was admitted and became a partner for a period of three years. Since 2007, he was the youngest director at Rothman Phahlamohlaka Incorporated in the conveyancing department. Jacques started his own firm, Van Heerden & Associates in 2009, after which he to merge with Krugel Attorneys , and Van Heerden & Krugel Attorneys was born. He boasts with 14 years post-admission experience in litigation and conveyancing. Jacques is well versed in all aspects of family and commercial law, where he is involved in negotiations, drafting, and execution of commercial contracts, the structuring of companies, as well as commercial litigation.
