About Bianca

Bianca van Wyk obtained her LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2010 and commenced her articles in 2011 at FourieFismer Incorporated. Bianca was admitted as an attorney in the High Court of South Africa on 31 May 2013 and was subsequently appointed as a professional assistant and thereafter an associate, gaining valuable experience in general litigation (high court and magistrate’s court), child law, third party compensation law, contract law, legal costs and drafting. Bianca obtained her LLM degree in Mercantile law at the University of Pretoria in 2016. She was appointed at EY STUART INC. in October 2017 and now serves as Director and shareholder of our firm. Bianca’s main interest is litigation, but she is also actively involved in our trust and estates department.
