Wynne is a corporate lawyer with a particular interest in risk management and compliance. She is often seated at the boardroom table alongside her clients. She has over 24 years’ experience in the legal sector and has been involved in multiple transactions, both locally and internationally, in, amongst others, the manufacturing, mining, property, defence industry, IT and telecommunications, transport and retail sectors. Wynne started her legal career in 1996. She has gained invaluable experience throughout her extensive career, primarily from a contractual perspective but also through litigating complex commercial disputes.
