About Renier

Renier graduated from the University of the North West in 2000 and was admitted as an attorney in 2002. He is a member of the Fiduciary Institute of South Africa (‘FISA’) which regulates deceased estate and trust practitioners. After having worked in the UK in 2003, Renier returned to South Africa and has obtained experience in practice in various fields of law including general litigation, public law, family law, commercial law, deceased estate and trust administration. After a 4 year stint as legal advisor at a marketing & advertising agency in Sandton, he returned to practice and joined Thomson Wilks in December 2012. Renier is also an admitted conveyancer and notary public and a proud member of Unashamedly Ethical.
