Jaco Joubert studied law through the University of South Africa (UNISA) where he obtained his LLB degree, and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 1 October 2012. He is an admitted attorney with right of appearance in the High Court, Regional Court and Magistrates’ Court. Jaco has significant experience in personal injury and medical negligence matters and regularly assists clients with claims arising from motor vehicle accidents and Road Accident Fund matters. He also assists clients with debt collection and insolvency-related matters.
