About Nicole

Nicole holds a Bcom (Law) and LLB degree and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Nicole is a member of the South African Society of Labour Lawyers and also sits on the Pro Bono Office at the Labour Court, Johannesburg. Nicole is the section head for the Firm's collective labour law litigation department and is also involved in various matters on behalf of our corporate clients relating to the CCMA, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court and Constitutional Court. Nicole has been at the coal face of the Constitutional Court in shaping and developing parts of our labour law. Nicole has worked as a senior lecturer and has a particular interest in Dispute Resolution. Nicole can be contacted at our offices for any assistance.
