About Louise

Louise is a commercial attorney, experienced in competition law matters as well as general commercial matters and agreements. She regularly advises clients on prohibited practices, mergers and other competition law related matters. She also advises and drafts a wide range of agreements which include shareholder agreements, companies’ memoranda of incorporation and related share sale and subscription agreements. Louise started her career in commercial dispute resolution and has extensive experience in this field. She is accredited as a mediator by the Centre for Dispute resolution (CEDR), the largest independent dispute resolution body in Europe. Mediation Experience Louise is an internationally accredited mediator by the Centre for Dispute resolution (CEDR), the largest independent dispute resolution body in Europe. Her particular field of interest in mediation disputes relates to commercial, competition and equine related matters.
