About Lisa

Lisa is the Head of the International Trade Mark Department at KISCH IP. She is also a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and an INTA Country Guides contributor. Lisa has over 17 years’ experience at KISCH IP in trademark law and practice throughout Africa. Despite efforts to harmonise trade mark laws in each African country, these do differ from country to country meaning enforcement strategies also have to differ from country to country.
