Jennifer is a Partner in the litigation department. Her practice is a general corporate commercial litigation practice dealing with various day to day matters including but not limited to insolvency matters, business rescue, collections (large and small) for various freight forwarding and clearing agents and other commercial clients, as well as assisting in customs and excise disputes between companies and their freight forwarding and clearing agents, general commercial disputes relating to goods sold and delivered as well as services rendered, evictions, some (very limited) insurance disputes and also some exposure to tax. She maintains a small matrimonial practice and also has experience in dealing with the Consumer Protection Act and National Credit Act and related disputes.
