About Hugo

After having completed his BA (Law) and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria, Hugo joined Pagel Schulenburg in 2021. During the course of his career, Hugo has gained vast experience in High Court litigation and dispute resolution in civil matters. In addition, he has worked on a diverse range of legal matters including, but not limited to those within the spheres of insolvency law, competition law, construction law, administrative law, property law, and intellectual property law. He has further gained valuable experience in urgent applications, restraints of trade, liquidation applications and legal research. While Hugo is only at the beginning of his legal career, he has shown an aptitude for finding and delivering unique and worthwhile solutions for clients. He actively seeks out information and stays abreast of the latest news and legal developments as to be in the best position to advise clients.
