About Deirdre

Deirdre is an expert in all aspects of employment and labour law with experience including drafting of contracts of employment, disciplinary codes, policies and related agreements, reviewing of contracts, policies and codes; all aspects of CCMA arbitrations; all aspects of Labour, Labour Appeal and Constitutional Court litigation and advice on all aspects of collective and individual labour law. Deirdre has experience in corporate restructuring, dealing with collective bargaining cases, strikes, lock outs, discrimination law, disciplinary and litigation proceedings, sexual harassment in the workplace and a host of other matters relating to employment law.
