Brian Frank has been practising as an attorney, conveyancer and notary public since 1982. He is currently a senior director of Glyn Marais Inc. His core competencies are in the commercial retail, industrial and residential property sector. Brian has acted on behalf of various local and international clients on a broad spectrum of property-related matters including the acquisition and disposal of large property portfolios, the listing of companies on the JSE, mergers and large scale property developments. He has been instrumental in preparing the legal structures for a number of large eco-tourism resorts and nature reserves. Brian's practice areas also include general commercial, litigation, including property litigation, and dispute resolution in the property sector.
