He is the founder of the law firm and manages it on a day to day basis. He was admitted to practice as an Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer in 1998. In 2000, he joined the corporate finance department of Simmons & Simmons, a London based law firm in the United Kingdom. While there, he also spent time in the commercial division where the focus was mainly negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. He subsequently spent more than 10 years in Investment Banking at different roles. He was a Director at Standard Corporate and Investment Banking after spending more than 7 years in Corporate Finance Division of the same bank. In 2012, he was appointed as an Investment Banking Originator at Nedbank Capital, responsible for the Private Equity and BEE portfolio. He has a B Proc (Unin), LLB and Higher Diploma in Company Law (Wits University). Clients over the years while in these roles included but were not limited to: Medi-Clinic Limited; PIC; Shanduka Group; KTH; PPC Limited; DBSA; Transnet Limited; Pembani Group; Safika Holdings (Proprietary) Limited; Johnic Holdings Limited; Reatile Group (Proprietary) Limited; Liberty Life Limited; Wiphold (Proprietary) Limited; Royal Bafokeng Holdings Limited; Land Bank; and Pareto.
