About Antionette

Antionette is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She has a vast amount of experience and has attended to a number of portfolios requiring specialist legal knowledge including Insurance Law, Litigation, Collections, Commercial and Corporate Law. Antionettes work experience consists of the following: Her career started at Blakes Maphanga Attorneys after having completed her articles in the commercial litigation department she was asked to stay on as a professional assistant to continue the running of the department. In 2005 she decided to specialise in insurance law resulting in her moved over to Calmanz Incorporated where she managed the portfolio of Santam Insurance Limited. Her responsibilities included but were not limited to motor liability, third party defence proceedings, recoveries, disputed/ rejected claims and opinions on the law. In 2007 seeking more of a challenge Ms. Copo moved over to Potgieter Ndabambi and Fourie Inc. wherein she was placed in charge of attending to the Property and General Litigation department. Due to Ms Copo’s service orientated and result driven approach the litigation department started to grow. In 2008 she was appointed as an Associate Potgieter, Ndabambi and Fourie Inc. and managed to get Potgieter Ndabambi & Fourie Inc. onto the Santam panel. During 2009 Potgieter, Ndabambi and Fourie Inc. merged with Gys Louw and Partners and became known as KGL Inc. Ms. Copo continued to attend to the insurance portfolio whilst expanding her knowledge in property, building and family law. She is currently attending to a well publicised fraudulent matter involving various parastatels and financial institutions.
