Henk has been practicing as an attorney since 1994 and has extensive experience in commercial law, contract law and legal due diligences, including a proper understanding of the National Credit Act, New Companies Act and the Consumer Protection Act. He is currently completing an MBA degree through the Regent University in Virginia Beach, USA. His organisational approach to matters is practical and he underwrites an ethical approach under all circumstances as well as a healthy lifestyle. Henk has been consulting for multi-national companies like Hyundai (motor trade), Tomahee (mining), Afritel (V-Sat communications), V-Tech Veterinary Pharmacies, FDA Laboratories, Realpay (national payment service provider) and UTL Technologies (security systems). Henk has an affinity for business strategy and developing performance milestones. As a value add to clients he provides a contract management solution where clients are kept informed of the contracts under their control and also provides an offsite safety facility.
