Nicole Oosthuizen

About Nicole

Nicole Oosthuizen was admitted as an attorney in 2015, she specialises in litigation and has the right of appearance in the High Court. She completed her LLB degree at the Nelson Mandela University (formerly known as the Nelson Mandela MetropolitanUniversity). In 2012, Nicole attended L.E.A.D law school where she graduated top of her class and in 2016 completed the Divorce and Family Mediators Course with FAMAC. She is presently working towards a Masters degree in Bioethics and Health Law through the University of Witwatersrand. Nicole has extensive experience in family law litigation and has a special interest in medical negligence claims as well as other personal injury related matters. Nicole has served on the committee of the Attorneys Association of the South Eastern Cape since 2017.
